Shredded Cardboard 4kg Bundle
This product is made by us here at Hardy Packaging from our waste Cardboard. It is made on a small cardboard shredding machine we have on site, which not only shreds the cardboard, but also binds it into netted sheets.

Product Info:
Due to this product being made from waste cardboard it's length & width will vary. But it will not be narrower than 300mm wide, or wider than 400mm wide. The sheets length varies between 500mm & 1500mm depending on the length of waste cardboard that is used.
These netted sheets are then folded & made in 4kg bundles, then strapped as you will see in the images.
Due to how the shredder works it makes the cardboard quite soft which provides about 10mm of uncompressed cushioning. This makes it perfect protecting goods in transit as a bubble wrap replacement.
Please be aware that each bundle of this product will be different. It will always be made from single cushion corrugated cardboard, but the cardboard sub-straights it is made from will vary. It could be comprised of corrugated sheets which are white on both sides, brown on both sides, or made from corrugated cardboard which has already been recycled once. It could be a combination of some or all of the above. But even though that is the case, it is quite consistent in thickness & strength.
